Doing hair and making people feel Wonderful is my Passion! I have been blessed to be in this industry for 27 years! I LOVE helping people with their hair! Short & sassy haircuts are what I do best, a lot a razor cutting! However coloring hair is so fun and hard not to also be on the top of my list! There are so many new techniques and let me tell you, color in 27 years has come a LONG WAY!!! You can really show your artist abilities and customize the perfect hair color for people, as everyones hair texture is so individually unique. Culra by Oligo has been my go to color line for a while now & I believe it is one of the best. This hair color line is rich, shiny and It Lasts!!! The lightning system is also top notch! Along with my short sassy haired ladies, I also have a Dynamite Male clientele! I work really well with a clipper and also do a lot of razor cuts on men. With all the new cutting edge trends for men, I have quite a few younger gentlemen who have thankfully pushed me to mastered the fade, and an occasional hair design (still workin on that skill). Just as a woman’s haircut, men’s hair can be tricky, sometimes the hardest hair cuts! I try to get to know my clients and what they expect or the time and effort they are willing to put into fixing up their hair, we work together to create a style that is manageable. Staying on top of product knowledge is as important for men’s hair as it is a woman’s. I will be using Blind Barber products for my men’s styling needs! As for my long haired beauties, I wont leave you out! Although it didn’t come quite as easy for me, doing hair comes so naturally to me that it didn’t take me long to master doing all types of long hair styles. I am also SO lucky to have so many Beautiful friends with mid to long hair I get to see monthly in my chair. I was fortunate to not only have 2 daughters, but 3 nieces, add 2 step-daughters all with extremely different hair types! All the years of different trends, updos for dances, braiding hair, to say the least I get A LOT of practice! Well, all those girls... lead me to Wedding Hair and Updos! I do weddings upon special request. I prefer to spend some time (months) prior getting to know you and your hair. It would feel like a disservice for me to just whip out any old generic updo on someone’s hair for such a special day! If your not blessed naturally with long beautiful hair, I can also help you with that! I am trained in SoCap bond in extensions! You can literally transform the appearance of your hair with these. These extension are real hair, with keratin tips. You can color, curl, do whatever you want to these amazing extensions once they are bonded into your hair. The life of the extension is on average 6 months, that does vary for people and their personal preference of how the bond grows out with their hair. I color match them perfectly to your hair! These extensions are not for everyone, set up a consultation with me and we can decide together if they are right for you!
